Meet Ashley

I was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii and eventually moved to Seattle for college. I am a mixed raced Filipino-American. For my own self care I enjoy crocheting, trying new places to eat, and reading. I have been a full time therapist for 6 years. I am currently telehealth only.

My Approach

I can provide a safe client-centered space to work together to achieve your goals for therapy. I use multiple evidenced based strategies primarily, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused therapy, and others to gain perspective and foster growth.
