I’m so glad you’re here
My Focus
Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by recent changes in your life, or just want to function better? I will partner with you to learn your story to help you find clarity.
I help clients navigate changes and transitions in their life and discover long term ways to manage their overall mental health.
Through a integrative therapeutic approach we will create a therapy plan designed for you. I provide a safe client-centered space to work together to achieve your goals for therapy. I use multiple evidenced based strategies primarily, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused therapy, and others to gain perspective and foster growth.
My therapeutic style is warm, reflective, and accepting. I will use humor in therapy regularly, and provide a non-judgmental environment to explore difficult topics. I hope to highlight your strengths as well provide skills and tools to help decrease stress.
As a mixed-raced person, I also enjoy exploring the many intersectional layers that come with trying to understand our own identity. I am ready to work with all cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and identities.
Dispassionate objectivity is itself a passion, for the real and for the truth.
